How important is it to increase the offshore limits to 200 miles?

I agree with John McCain. Begin drilling offshore immediately and extend offshore drilling border out to 200 miles. Obama has announced he opposes this. Meanwhile, Cuba and China have hooked up and are drilling 50 miles from Key West, Fla. Obama has no problem with that. I do. You?
