How to counter reasons not to support offshore drilling in a debate?

I have a debate tomorrow and the topic is offshore drilling. I'm on the side that's for offshore drilling and have been assigned to the rebuttal. What are some popular reasons people give for being against offshore drilling, and how can I counter them in my rebuttal? Or, does anyone know of any websites with good information on this topic? ~Thanks!

    The only reason not to drill off-shore is because people think it will harm the environment. Other than the tree-hugger issues, there's no reason not to drill for our own oil.
